Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and relationship management, service scheduling, and follow-up on new customer implementations. Key Highlights: 1. Work order generation and equipment control Main Responsibilities: * Provide customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and email. * Schedule required services according to demand: (installation/maintenance/decommissioning) * Generate/open work orders, purchase requests, and various other demands in the company's system. * Perform biweekly service closure. * Manage and generate shipping codes for equipment. * Monitor new customer implementations and proactively support assigned customer portfolios. **Required Qualifications and Skills:** * Completed high school education; * Flexibility * Assertive communication * Pace and productivity * Experience in customer service and relationship management Additional Information: Total Trac seeks dynamic, dedicated, and committed individuals with a strong desire to grow, contributing to the company's expansion; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent/CLT Compensation: R$1\.912,00 \- R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
