You will work at a company specialized in trading high-standard medical, surgical, hospital, and laboratory instruments and materials. You will serve as the company’s technical reference before ANVISA and other regulatory agencies, ensuring full sanitary compliance across all processes—from product receipt through to dispatch. * Provide technical representation of the company before regulatory agencies and inspectors. * Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation, registrations, licenses, and certifications. * Represent the company during inspections, audits, and regulatory oversight activities. * Supervise product release and dispatch, ensuring validity, traceability, and compliance. * Block receipt, storage, or dispatch that fails to meet sanitary standards. * Determine segregation, open non-conformities, and suspend distribution in case of sanitary risk. * Supervise storage conditions, validity control, FIFO/FEFO, and inventory indicators. Location: Vila Carvalho – Ribeirão Preto/SP. Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM\. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, with active registration. * Availability to work as a Technical Responsible (RT) on-site. * Knowledge of ANVISA and Sanitary Surveillance requirements. * Leadership-oriented profile, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and with strong communication skills. * Availability to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM\. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in logistics, distribution, metallurgical, or industrial sectors. * Familiarity with processes involving medical, hospital, or dental equipment. * Experience conducting audits, sanitary inspections, and managing non-conformities.
