Job Summary: The Intermediate Warehouse Assistant supports inventory control, receipt, verification, and organization of materials, as well as records incoming and outgoing items, ensuring item availability. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations The Intermediate Warehouse Assistant is responsible for assisting in inventory control, material receipt and verification, warehouse organization, and product dispatch. Additionally, they record incoming and outgoing goods, keep the system updated, and ensure availability of required items for company operations. * Receive and inspect materials, verifying quantity and quality against delivery invoices * Organize and store materials in the warehouse according to safety and spatial organization standards * Pick and dispatch materials to internal departments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery * Monitor material inventory by recording receipts and issues in the computerized system and conducting periodic stocktakes * Assist in identifying inventory replenishment needs and inform supervisors to initiate procurement * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to facilitate material location and ensure workplace safety * Respond to internal material requests, providing support to company departments and contributing to efficient process operation * Participate in training sessions and meetings related to warehouse operations to enhance knowledge and skills * Collaborate with the warehouse team on various tasks to ensure operational efficiency and internal customer satisfaction
