**Customer Service Assistant** – Affirmative Action Position for People with Disabilities

Prerequisites:
* Completed High School education;
* Computer literacy;
* Prior experience in customer service and administrative routines is desirable.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Provide basic customer service, record information, guide customers on services, and ensure organized and efficient service flow in accordance with company procedures and values.
* Treat customers courteously, listen attentively to their requests, clarify doubts, and properly route inquiries to responsible departments.
* Record customer interaction data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
* Guide customers on digital channels and other service options, encouraging their use and contributing to service modernization.
* Support the organization of documents and materials used in customer service, maintaining a clean, functional, and standardized workplace.
* Identify and report any failures, recurring complaints, or non-conformities to your immediate manager, supporting process improvement.
* Act with ethics, respect, and empathy, contributing to a collaborative and welcoming work environment.
