Applications are now open for the **Young Apprentice Program**, for administrative roles at our headquarters located in Jaboticabal/SP.
This Program is being implemented in partnership with the National Commercial Training Service (SENAI) of Jaboticabal/SP.
Our **Program**'s objective is to prepare and integrate young people into the workforce, driving and contributing to the future of those at the beginning of their professional journey!

**Responsibilities and Duties**
The Apprentice will support the administrative area, gaining exposure to its full daily operations to acquire experience and knowledge, performing tasks related to various stages of the process, including:
* Support in routine administrative management activities;
* Support in operational maneuver studies and process improvement projects;
* Support in monitoring, analyzing, and addressing administrative performance indicators aimed at ensuring administrative process efficiency.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:**
* Education: Completed high school;
* Age: Between 18 and 23 years old;
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite);
* Willingness to reside in Jaboticabal - SP.
