Monitor departmental KPIs **Main Responsibilities:** Lead Recruitment and Selection processes for positions at various levels; conduct onboarding for new employees and oversee the probationary period; support People Training and Development programs; monitor departmental KPIs. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields; * Experience in R\&S and Training and Development; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to travel.
