Job Summary: A Production Line Technician responsible for monitoring production processes, tracking key performance indicators, operating extrusion equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. Perform adjustments and minor maintenance on production lines. An employment agency is seeking a Production Line Technician in Ribeirão Preto. Eventos RH is a company specialized in organizing corporate events and training programs. We provide customized solutions to meet companies' human resources needs. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the production process and production activities, verifying equipment operation and ensuring correct execution. Perform production order changes and conduct product quality tests to ensure compliance with established standards. Monitor process indicators (e.g., pressure, temperature, RPM) and production indicators (e.g., g/m, OEE, scrap). Monitor and operate the extrusion process, performing setup, equipment calibration adjustments, and correcting deviations to maintain continuous operation and ensure high-quality product manufacturing. Conduct minor maintenance on production lines (e.g., TPM and/or AM), including cleaning, lubrication, re-tightening, simple adjustments, and reporting major repair needs to the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Department. Perform operational adjustments on extruders, winders, drip emitter machines, punchers, pullers, etc., to correct process deviations and maintain optimal equipment operating conditions, thereby reducing waste and improving efficiency.
