Use of monitoring tools **Requirements:** * Availability to work in Eusébio; * Completed high school education * Experience in telecommunications is a plus; * Availability during working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Responsibilities:** * Register, update, and maintain service orders in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information; * Conduct audits of service orders, verifying compliance with procedures and identifying inconsistencies; * Provide administrative and technical support to field personnel, ensuring correct execution and registration of service orders; * Utilize tools such as UNM to monitor and manage delivered services and service orders; * Organize and analyze control spreadsheets, generating reports and insights on completed services; * Perform administrative tasks such as document organization and supporting the team in internal workflow processes.
