Works alongside operational and field teams, providing technical guidance, standardizing procedures, and ensuring intervention quality. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **corrective, preventive, and structural maintenance** on PEMTs and validate outgoing/return inspections. * Diagnose recurring failures and propose technical solutions. * Standardize maintenance, inspection, and operation procedures. * **Train and guide** the technical team; support field customer and supplier service. * Ensure compliance with **NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-35**, and safety practices (ISO 9001/45001\). * Record technical reports and **monitor performance and fleet availability indicators**.
