**Job Mission:**
Execute technical and strategic activities in the company's tax routines, ensuring correct classification, recording, issuance, and validation of tax documents, as well as compliance with current tax legislation, mitigating tax risks and ensuring operational compliance.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform pre\-entry invoices, ensuring compliance of quantities, values, and terms with the purchase order;
Classify incoming merchandise invoices according to current legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, and ST);
Classify expense invoices, performing correct accounting entries per cost centers;
Issue shipping invoices and other operations, ensuring proper taxation and required controls for each operation type;
Issue electronic correction letters (CC\-e), where applicable;
Issue import invoices, based on validation of the Import Declaration (DI) and documentation provided by the customs broker;
Release out\-of\-state orders after analyzing the transaction and current legislation; release specific customer orders (e.g., deferral, exemption, tax benefits), in accordance with applicable decrees and legislation;
Close freight invoices, verifying values and taxation;
Generate XML files of invoices for customers, per requests and legal obligations; issue entry discrepancies, validating recorded values against purchase orders;
Monitor and interpret current tax legislation, especially changes to VAT, IPI, and ICMS applicable to products;
Manage E\-Credac (accumulated credit), monitoring transactions involving deferrals and tracking the balance to be allocated during settlement;
Generate the monthly ICMS\-ST reimbursement spreadsheet, ensuring data consistency and accurate closing;
Support and advise internal departments on tax and fiscal procedures, reducing risks and inconsistencies;
Perform and validate supplier registration, ensuring they are active and compliant with regulatory authorities;
Stay updated on fiscal, tax, and accounting legislation, assessing impacts and proposing adjustments when necessary;
Free Market Accounting \- Recording of incoming and outgoing invoices issued;
Support ML/Full/Anymarketing sales to the Ecommerce department;
Record customer return/exchange invoices;
Ensure adherence to internal policies, fiscal and regulatory norms, compliance requirements, and confidentiality of information.
**Preferred Qualifications:** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting or related fields.
**Professional Qualifications:** Prior experience in this role is required
