




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting administrative activities in the Occupational Safety area, including document control, training tracking, medical examinations, and Regulatory Standards (NRs). Key Highlights: 1. Support administrative routines in the Occupational Safety area. 2. Control and organize occupational safety and health (OSH) documents, keeping files up to date. 3. Monitor training expiration dates and Regulatory Standards (NRs). Responsible for supporting administrative activities in the Occupational Safety area, including document control, training tracking, occupational medical examinations, and Regulatory Standards (NRs) expiration dates, ensuring compliance with deadlines and internal standards under the guidance of the OSH Management. * Support administrative routines in the Occupational Safety area. * Control and organize occupational safety and health (OSH) documents, maintaining both physical and digital files up to date. * Monitor training expiration dates and Regulatory Standards (NRs) for employees. * Support the management of occupational medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, job-change, return-to-work, and termination exams). * Request personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed by the immediate supervisor and support related documentation control. * Prepare and organize employee occupational safety and health (OSH) records. * Maintain contact with clinics, suppliers, and internal departments for scheduling and alignment. * Support Occupational Safety Technicians in delivering documentation according to established standards and deadlines. * Liaise with clients’ OSH departments to clarify operational questions and report relevant topics to the manager. * Accompany the immediate supervisor on site visits when necessary for support and learning. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Occupational Safety currently in progress or completed (preferred). * Prior experience in the administrative area of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) will be considered a plus. **Desirable Requirements** * Organizational and document control skills; * Proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel).
