Interface with public agencies and strategic support for new business analyses **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **All our positions are inclusive for persons with disabilities (PcD)** * Coordinate legalization, licensing, and development processes of real estate projects of the Stéfani Ribeirão Diesel Group. * Coordinate and operationalize environmental legalization and licensing processes of developments within the interior of the state of São Paulo, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and deadlines established by competent authorities. * Supervise the development and technical integration of urban planning, architectural, and infrastructure projects, ensuring interdisciplinary coordination. * Conduct and monitor technical and legal feasibility studies of developments, supporting strategic decision-making. * Act as the interface with public agencies, utility providers, and other regulatory entities, managing negotiations, submissions, and necessary approvals. * Support commercial and prospecting teams with technical analyses, preliminary assessments, and strategic information for new business opportunities. * Supervise and execute contracts with designers, consultants, partners, and suppliers, monitoring deliverables, deadlines, costs, and technical quality. * Monitor physical schedules of projects under responsibility, ensuring achievement of established milestones, including site visits to projects located in the interior of the state of São Paulo. * Review and validate technical documentation, specifications, reports, and other deliverables related to projects and licensing procedures. * Develop and monitor physical project schedules, tracking critical milestones and proposing corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure projects comply with current technical standards, urban legislation, and applicable environmental guidelines. **Requirements:** **Technical Competencies:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Architecture and Urban Planning, Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience coordinating legalization and licensing of real estate developments.
