




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:** Responsible for providing technical consulting to customers, delivering training, equipment installations, and demonstrations of professional hygiene equipment, with the goal of expanding proper usage of the Hygibrás product line, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing average transaction value. Works in a consultative manner, combining technical guidance with sales of professional cleaning solutions. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers, identifying needs and proposing appropriate solutions. · Perform equipment installation and uninstallation, ensuring proper system operation. · Carry out basic preventive maintenance and operational adjustments, escalating to specialized technical teams when complex corrective maintenance is required. · Conduct technical training for customers, guiding them on rational use of products and equipment, as well as best practices in professional hygiene. · Ensure proper replenishment and consumption control according to visit policy. · Record service information and history in the CRM and sales system. · Conduct scheduled visits per the commercial calendar and leadership guidelines. · Prospect new customers and opportunities to expand the client portfolio. · Maintain continuous communication with logistics, sales, and administrative departments. · Comply with company safety, quality, and operational procedures. **JOB COMPETENCIES:** EDUCATION: Required: Completed high school education. Preferred: Technical courses in sales, customer service, or training related to light equipment maintenance or professional cleaning. EXPERIENCE: Required: No specific prior experience is required, as structured internal training is provided. Preferred: Experience in technical sales, commercial consulting, or customer service within companies operating in the cleaning and hygiene sector. COMPETENCIES: Technical: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, basic applied mathematics for sales, negotiation and argumentation techniques, ability to install and operate professional cleaning equipment, and understanding of basic preventive maintenance routines.
