If you want to grow in a light, welcoming, and flavorful environment, join our team! **WORK LOCATION:** Iguatemi Ribeirão Preto Shopping Center **YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** *Intern across various kitchen departments, including:* **Hot and Cold Kitchen:** * Assist in food pre-preparation and preparation, following technical sheets and team instructions; * Support food sanitation and mise en place organization; * Assist in cooking processes using stoves, ovens, and other equipment, always under supervision; * Participate in recipe development, technical sheet creation, and production controls; * Support implementation of food safety best practices (temperature control, proper storage, sanitation). **Parrilla:** * Assist in protein preparation and pre-preparation under supervision; * Support organization of ingredients and utensils specific to parrilla and butchery; * Sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to food safety standards; * Learn cooking and finishing techniques for cuts, under guidance from specialized team members. **Administrative – Inventory/Quality** * Support inventory control and restocking of supplies and utensils, always under supervision; * Support quality control, with team oversight; * Accompany quality consultancy visits. WHAT WE SEEK: * Be at least 18 years old * Currently enrolled in a gastronomy program (technical or bachelor’s degree) * Agility, organization, and attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team * Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
