Working for a global leader in agricultural irrigation If you are **passionate** about what you do, **proactive**, **committed**, and have **sparkle in your eyes**, we are looking for **YOU!** We are a global market leader in localized irrigation (drip and micro-sprinkler) for agriculture, and we seek an energetic, initiative-driven, and agile professional to join our team and embrace our mission of revolutionizing irrigation worldwide for a sustainable future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure field installation of irrigation projects according to standards set by Engineering and Projects, aiming for optimal client delivery and serving as the liaison between office and field; * Supervise and coordinate services provided by third-party companies (surveying, machinery, labor) for project execution; * Lead third-party teams during project installation, performing hydraulic network, valve, and manifold installation; pumping systems; filtration; automation; and all accessories specified in the project, with the objective of meeting agreed-upon client deadlines; * Read and interpret technical project drawings to manage the installation process; * Monitor construction schedules and histograms, proposing solutions for potential difficulties or contingencies; * Record daily and weekly all activities carried out on the project, to maintain documentation tracking the project’s installation progress; * Ensure all installed equipment and components function correctly at each installation stage, in accordance with the project specifications and defined quality standards; * Report all possible project and/or product non-conformities (whether from Netafim or suppliers) so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in Agriculture, Agronomy, Irrigation, or related fields; * **Full availability for extended travel (15–20 days);** * Experience in hydraulic/mechanical/electrical assembly of projects and rural construction; * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, valves, pumping, filtration, automation, and related topics; * Basic/Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Driver's license category B. **Additional Information** **Employment Type:** CLT **Tools:** Laptop Company car Corporate mobile phone **Benefits:** Unimed Health Plan Uniodonto Dental Plan Meal or Food Allowance of BRL 35 per business day 13th-month Meal or Food Allowance Life Insurance Wellhub/Gympass Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Educational Support Annual Bonus/PLR Pharmacy Benefit – Ticket Birthday Day Off Allowance for Children with Disabilities School Supplies for Children up to 14 Years Old Anniversary Gift Christmas Card Kids Card (Children’s Day and Christmas) The key to Netafim’s success is what we call our **Way of Being**.
