Job Summary: Work on the factory floor performing adjustments, calibrations, inspections, and first-level maintenance to ensure stability and efficiency of production processes. Key Highlights: 1. Perform fine adjustments and calibrations on machines and equipment. 2. Carry out first-level corrective maintenance and support preventive maintenance. 3. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production process. Perform operational adjustments, calibrations, inspections, and first-level maintenance on industrial machines and equipment. Work directly on the factory floor to ensure production process stability and efficient operation of production lines, in accordance with defined technical and quality standards. * **Perform** fine adjustments and calibrations on machines and equipment according to defined operational parameters. * **Conduct** routine inspections, identifying and correcting simple faults affecting production performance. * **Carry out** first-level corrective maintenance and support preventive maintenance under technical guidance. * **Follow** instructions and operational plans provided by the Equipment Analyst. * **Record** all interventions performed and report any deviations or irregularities observed. * **Support** continuous improvement initiatives in the production process. * **Strictly comply** with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * **Assist** in the installation and testing of new equipment and technical upgrades. * **Carry out** all activities in accordance with company policies and guidelines, respecting provisions of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) adopted by Aditek.
