Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level White Goods Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Brastemp and Consul white goods, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Opportunity to apply technical knowledge and organizational skills. * Mid-Level White Goods Technician – Brastemp and Consul White Goods We seek a professional to serve as a Mid-Level White Goods Technician, focusing on diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Brastemp and Consul white goods products, contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires demonstrated technical knowledge, responsibility, organization, and strong customer service skills—working courteously, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s values. This position falls within the technical/operational area and supports both internal and external company service activities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform technical diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of Brastemp and Consul white goods; * Conduct on-site technical service visits following company and manufacturer procedures; * Identify defects, perform functional tests, and replace parts when necessary; * Complete service orders and technical service reports; * Advise customers on product usage, maintenance, and operation; * Request, track, and return parts and materials per internal procedures; * Support departmental technical and operational routines. **Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Proven experience in maintaining Brastemp and Consul white goods; * Technical knowledge of washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and other household appliances; * Strong communication and customer service skills; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity; * Driver's license category A/B. **Job Details:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM. Salary: Industry-standard base salary + hazard pay + commission. **Employment Type:** Full-time, permanent CLT contract. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance. **Education Requirements:** * High school diploma (Mandatory) * Technical education in a related field (Preferred) **Work Location:** On-site.
