




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in ticket acquisition and resolving user irregularities within the system by issuing tickets via debit, credit card, or cash, or by selling smart cards. 2\. Monitor, guide, and control the use of spaces in the on-street parking system (Zona Azul), verifying whether vehicles are parked regularly or irregularly—without a parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not clearly visible—and fill out the Parking Fee Charge Notice (ACT), leaving it on the vehicle to communicate parking infractions. 3\. Assist the public from address location to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the appropriate public agencies. 4\. Provide user support by offering guidance and information regarding infraction resolution and general system usage, including the Zul app and parking meters. 5\. Report vehicles in non-compliance to the Customer Service Center via PDAs when necessary. 6\.
