




**Description:** **Responsibilities and Activities:** 1\. Guide and instruct users, acting as a facilitator in ticket acquisition and resolution of irregularities, issuing tickets paid by debit, credit card or cash, or selling smart cards. 2\. Monitor, guide and control the use of spaces in the rotating parking system (blue zone), checking whether vehicles are parked regularly or irregularly—without a parking ticket, with an expired ticket, or with a ticket not clearly visible—filling out the Parking Fee Charge Notice (ACT) and leaving it on the vehicle to communicate parking violations. 3\. Assist the public, from helping locate addresses to reporting accidents and daily incidents to the appropriate public agencies. 4\. Attend to users, providing guidance and information regarding violation notices and the system in general, including the use of the Zul app and parking meters. 5\. Report vehicles in non-compliant situations to the Customer Service Center via PDAs, when necessary. 6\.
