**Main Activities and Responsibilities:**
* Perform minor masonry repairs, general painting, layout changes, and assembly/disassembly of partitions;
* Maintain forklifts and hydraulic carts—including part replacement, general cleaning, repairs, component installation, and preventive maintenance according to the checklist;
* Carry out garden area maintenance at the store using appropriate equipment, following departmental procedures;
* Maintain various equipment, perform general cleaning of air conditioners and refrigeration units at stores, and execute preventive maintenance activities;
* Replace light bulbs and light troughs, install outlets, clean electrical panels, and perform other electrical-related tasks—following work and safety procedures;
* Repair leaking valves and faucets, unclog drains, sinks, and sewage pipes—following work and safety procedures.

* Completed High School education;
* Prior experience in maintenance activities is desirable;
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and refrigeration services;
* Ability to work following safety standards and procedures.
