Learn more about our position at the link (https://cpfl.riweb.com.br/show.aspx?idCanal\=m1DU2SlCXo7pvQ/fBEMIxg\=\=) If you identify with our values and believe you can make a difference for our business, join us and grow your career with CPFL. **General Distribution Supervisor** **Where You’ll Work:** Araraquara/SP **Company:** CPFL Serviços – A company of the CPFL Group **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise internal support processes for construction project execution, managing teams and organizing preparatory activities to maximize productivity, ensure quality, reduce costs, meet deadlines, and prioritize workplace safety. * Jointly monitor team leadership with coordination, promoting motivation, engagement, and a positive organizational climate to maintain healthy work environments and safe working conditions. * Organize base-level operational processes by structuring routines, workflows, and resources to ensure proper activity execution and compliance with internal quality and safety standards. * Lead internal processes of the operational base, interacting with corporate areas such as logistics, safety, planning, and human resources to ensure integration and operational fluidity. * Provide and maintain workplace organization by implementing 5S practices and ensuring the upkeep of facilities, contributing to the maintenance of company certifications and audits. * Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations, monitoring results and proposing corrective and preventive actions focused on continuous improvement and team activity safety. * Remotely monitor and guide teams operating at the base and in the field, ensuring correct task execution and strict adherence to safety requirements through effective communication and dissemination of corporate guidelines. * Ensure compliance with logistics and procurement processes, coordinating receipt, storage, and control of materials to guarantee inventory accuracy and resource availability for field operations. * Manage and oversee appropriate use of vehicles, equipment, and tools under the base’s responsibility, ensuring compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs per corporate standards and technical regulations. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, adopting a collaborative attitude and providing relevant information, operational needs, results, and suggestions to immediate supervisors. * Comply with—and ensure others comply with—sustainability policy and management system norms and guidelines, promoting ethics, socio-environmental responsibility, and alignment with corporate manuals and codes of conduct. * Support base-level people management by participating in onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and development initiatives to strengthen team competencies and ensure alignment with organizational culture. * Participate in planning and operational alignment meetings, contributing strategic and operational insights to ensure efficient activity execution and achievement of established goals. * Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes, proposing technical and operational solutions that increase efficiency, reduce waste, and foster continuous innovation. * Ensure legal and regulatory compliance of all activities under your responsibility by applying current regulations and monitoring audits and inspections. **What We’re Looking For:** * Completed High School; * Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electroelectronics, Logistics, or related fields is considered a plus; * 2 years of experience in this area or similar role; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Valid Class B driver’s license (Class C preferred); * Willingness to work in Araraquara; * Experience in Construction and Maintenance Network execution flow is desirable; * Familiarity with SGDO and SAP is desirable. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility rules); * Life Insurance; * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR); * Wellub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based assistance for psychological, legal, financial, social, and speech therapy support). **The CPFL Energia Group** CPFL Energia, with 110 years of presence in the electricity sector, operates across distribution, generation, transmission, commercialization, and services.
