




The Guard will be responsible for monitoring the hotel’s premises, ensuring the physical safety of employees, guests, and the establishment’s assets. This professional must demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic patrols in the hotel’s internal and external areas, identifying and preventing potential risks. * Monitor security systems—including surveillance cameras and alarms—recording and reporting incidents or suspicious behavior. * Control access for visitors, service providers, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with internal policies. * Respond to, record, and report security incidents, maintaining clear and efficient communication with management and other departments. * Act during emergencies—including administering first aid and applying basic fire-fighting principles—as per established procedures. * Collaborate with competent authorities when required. * Maintain up-to-date records of patrols, incidents, and activities performed during the shift. * Suggest improvements to security processes and procedures aimed at risk prevention. **Requirements** * High school diploma. * **Mandatory Civil Firefighter Course**, with valid certification. * Prior experience as a guard, in asset protection, or related fields is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of camera-based monitoring and access control. * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility. * Availability to work on a 12/36 shift schedule.
