




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High School Diploma; * Technical education (in progress or completed) in Sugar and Alcohol, Chemistry, or Paper and Cellulose, or related fields — desirable; * Advantage: Driver’s License (CNH – Category B); * Forklift operation knowledge — desirable; * Industrial experience (Field Operations) — desirable; * Availability to work on 5x1 shifts; * Must reside in Guariba-SP, Santa Ernestina-SP, Dobrada-SP, Taquaritinga-SP, Matão-SP, or Jaboticabal-SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Responsible for field operations in Production areas; * Ensure standardized operations according to procedures (SOPs) and process parameters (Process Maps), continually pursuing improvement; * Responsible for valve maneuvering in the field, monitoring equipment shutdowns and startups (e.g., pumps, agitators, motors + gearboxes, etc.); * Conduct line and equipment inspections to identify losses and anomalies; * Collect and analyze process samples when required, evaluating solids content, pH, temperature, concentration, etc.; * Implement safety lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures on equipment for maintenance; * Perform minor repairs during operations, such as valve maintenance, replacement of consumables in equipment, pipe welding, and boilerworks, etc.; * Support minor operational maintenance tasks on valves, heat exchangers, rotary filters, etc.; * Monitor production indicators and control variables, reporting deviations via logbook and to the Shift Supervisor (GO); * Complete departmental checklists, verifying each item’s control range and implementing corrective actions when necessary; * Utilize company management tools to ensure excellence in safety, quality, and efficiency; * Collaborate within a team, sharing information and tasks with other colleagues; * Proactively take actions to achieve production targets; * Perform sensory analysis of equipment, observing abnormal vibration, temperature, and noise during operation. 251207020219914741
