Job Summary: Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator responsible for operating and monitoring lagoon treatment systems, controlling activated sludge systems, and conducting inspections. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and monitoring of wastewater treatment lagoon systems. 2. Control of activated sludge systems and preventive maintenance. 3. Reporting of anomalies and support for corrective actions. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator, responsible for operating and monitoring lagoon treatment systems; * Control activated sludge systems including aeration, recirculation, and sludge disposal; * Conduct filter inspection and backwashing; * Perform sample collection for analysis of DO, pH, and temperature; * Record operational data in spreadsheets or systems; * Carry out minor preventive maintenance tasks; * Report anomalies and support corrective actions; * Comply with operational and environmental procedures.
