We make things happen—always with great courage, boldness, and enthusiasm to exceed results. **Learn more about this opportunity!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain and update the Risk Management Program (PGR), Occupational Health Program (PCMSO), Emergency Action Plan (PAE), and Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT) * Monitor field activities, laboratory operations, greenhouse work, etc. * Maintain and update applicable legal requirements * Review procedures, instructions, documents, and forms to comply with regulatory standards and support continuous process improvement * Conduct emergency preparedness and response training for fire brigade members, aiming to enhance technical proficiency and meet regulatory requirements * Support the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) and assist in developing mandatory awareness campaigns, complying with relevant legal requirements * Investigate accidents and incidents, propose corrective actions to eliminate or reduce recurrence * Prepare technical opinions for service contracting * Inspect workplaces, equipment, and action plans to ensure compliance with legal requirements and improve working conditions for employees * Conduct SSMA (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) field inspections and audits, ensuring adherence to internal and external standards * Review and train all personnel involved on applicable instructions and procedures **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety * Active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment * Relevant work experience * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Valid Driver’s License, Category B **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards * Familiarity with Regulatory Standard NR-31 **Additional Information** Your journey at Ourofino Agro starts now!
