Does this resonate with you? **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on harvesters. * Diagnose faults and propose technical solutions. * Complete service orders and record work logs in the system. * Maintain workplace organization, cleanliness, and safety. * Comply with operational standards and POP/Maintenance guidelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Entry-level experience in mechanical maintenance (preferably in agricultural machinery or heavy vehicles). * Basic knowledge of hydraulics, fundamental mechanics, and lubrication. * (Preferred) Completed high school education. * Willingness to learn and work under supervision. * Residency in Guariba, Matão, Jaboticabal, Santa Ernestina, Dobrada, or Taquaritinga (SP). **Advantages:** * Technical or vocational training in the field. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance. **Additional information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview—a conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion about daily responsibilities and challenges.
