**Description:** **Required:** Completed undergraduate degree **Desirable:** Experience in the field Perform all protocols and routines related to the area to ensure satisfactory outcomes—from inventory control to result analysis, including their relevance and reliability; Implement actions and conduct on-call shifts safely and with quality; Monitor result turnaround time in coordination with clinical support departments; Monitor laboratory equipment maintenance schedules and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance performed by manufacturers; Monitor and supervise daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly equipment maintenance carried out by internal staff, per equipment manuals; Monitor technical department operations and assist the team; Maintain communication and collaboration with the Hospital Infection Control Center (CCIH); Generate incident and on-call pending issue reports for submission to the Technical Supervisor; Manage inventory of departmental materials—including reagents, kits, and supplies—and assist in its monitoring; analyze and interpret results, collaborating with biomedical scientists and physicians in the diagnostic process; Strictly adhere to biosafety protocols and maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; Communicate critical results clearly and accurately; receive, prepare, and perform laboratory tests, assisting the on-call biomedical scientist; Conduct inventory counts and replenish materials in hospital departments; Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. 2512170202551060792
