Job Summary: As a Corporate Control Agent, you will be responsible for access control, reception, customer service, document verification, telephone support, and operation of security systems. We are seeking a **Corporate Control Agent** to join our **SSMA team** in **Araraquara-SP.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Manage plant access control; * Receive visitors; * Provide customer service (internal and external stakeholders, service providers, and visitors); * Verify documentation upon product and material exit from the facility; * Handle telephone inquiries and operate security department systems. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (to access internal systems); * Availability to work on a rotating 5x1 schedule and shift rotation. **Your energy stands out even more if you have these qualifications:** * Driver's license category A or B **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our selection process includes three main stages (additional stages may apply, and you will be notified if you advance): * Application—completion of this form and any additional required information. * HR interview—a conversational meeting to get to know each other. * Leadership interview—a more technical discussion about day-to-day responsibilities and challenges.
