Description

Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and moving materials in the warehouse, performing deliveries and pickups, and maintaining the organization of the workplace and vehicle. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and control of spare parts and equipment inventory 2. Assistance in inventory counts to ensure data accuracy 3. Performing deliveries and pickups, optimizing routes **Responsibilities** * Allocate spare parts and equipment to their designated locations in the warehouse, maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness. * Assist in inventory counts to ensure warehouse data accuracy. * Drive the company vehicle to perform material deliveries and pickups. * Verify and record incoming materials at the warehouse, checking invoices and item integrity. * Plan optimal delivery routes to maximize time efficiency and meet established deadlines. * Complete forms and spreadsheets both on-site and at the warehouse to document material movements. * Prepare material kits for service orders by selecting correct items according to technicians’ requirements. * Deliver spare parts and equipment to field technicians or bases, collecting required signatures and documentation. * Retrieve defective equipment or spare parts from technicians and return them to the warehouse or designated location. * Maintain the vehicle’s condition, reporting mechanical issues and ensuring it remains operational at all times. **Schedule:** Week 1: Monday–Friday, 9:12 PM–6:00 AM Week 2: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM \+ Saturday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM **Salary:** R$2\.427,63 **Benefits:** Psychological Support; Pharmacy Partnership; Meal Voucher (R$23.27/DAY); Food Allowance (R$139.50/MONTH); Profit Sharing Program (PPR); University Partnerships; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Voucher; Life Insurance; Well-being and Health Program, WellHub (Gympass).
