Your Responsibilities: Lead management and sales funnel tracking through to closure. Active prospecting of new clients and strategic partnerships. Institutional representation at events and promotional activities. CRM data maintenance and focus on achieving targets. Requirements: Experience in consultative selling and negotiation. Experience in active prospecting (outbound) and lead conversion. Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite. Proactivity and excellent interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: R$ 2.500,00 + Variable Compensation. Benefits: Meal or Food Allowance (R$ 400/month), Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance, and Life Insurance.
