




**What we expect from you:** * Completed high school / Completed technical high school in Occupational Safety – Certified by the Ministry of Labor – TEM. * Knowledge of specific occupational health and safety legislation and Ordinance No. 3,214 of June 8, 1978 – Regulatory Standards. * Knowledge and experience in fire-fighting procedures – Fire Brigade. * Knowledge and experience in First Aid Brigade. * Knowledge of specific trainings according to Regulatory Standards (NR) – NR 05, NR 06, NR 10, NR 11, NR 13, NR 33, NR 35. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Availability for travel. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Ensure dissemination and implementation of occupational safety procedures and policies across all stores, SI and distribution centers (CDs), and report non-conformities to leadership. * Responsible for cascading specific occupational safety training content to stores, SI and CDs to comply with legal requirements. * Inspect departments, identifying risk situations, proposing improvement suggestions to department managers, eliminating/mitigating imminent safety risks, focusing on incident prevention, as well as monitoring proposed corrective actions. * Conduct preliminary risk analyses and issue permits for hazardous work, ensuring all work performed at stores, SI and CDs complies with Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Responsible for training and controlling access of partners to ensure they are aware of company standards and procedures. * Responsible for supporting awareness campaigns, lectures and other initiatives promoting prevention of occupational diseases and accidents. * Investigate and follow up on occupational accidents. * Support CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) and collaborate on its programs, aiming to implement preventive solutions for occupational accidents, as well as support SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), organizing necessary activities and resources. * Monitor assessments and development of the Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Technical Report on Working Conditions (LTCAT). * Collaborate on building modifications or new installations projects, aiming to create safer working conditions. * Responsible for participating in store, SI and CD committee meetings to disseminate relevant occupational health and safety information. * Monitor inspections and/or tests of fire alarms, fire hydrants and fire hoses.
