Its primary objectives are product and service quality, commitment and punctuality in meeting deadlines, and—above all—customer satisfaction. * **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Full management of Human Resources Department routines. * Payroll processing and verification. * Benefits administration and control. * Hiring, termination, contract dissolution, vacation, and timekeeping processes. * Control and management of relocation allowances. * Employee support and assistance. * Support for people management and internal HR processes. * Preparation of managerial reports and performance indicators. * Verification and organization of labor-related documents. * Other duties related to the position. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Proven experience in Human Resources Department routines (payroll, timekeeping, hiring, terminations, benefits management, and labor obligations). * Proactivity in problem-solving and adapting to unforeseen situations. * Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining efficiency and agility. * Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all activities. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills for employee support and assistance. * Commitment to deadlines and results. * Discretion and ethics in handling confidential information.
