This professional will be responsible for supporting administrative routines, contributing to the organization and efficiency of the company's internal processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Document organization, filing, and digitization * Data entry into systems and spreadsheets * Importing and exporting spreadsheets * Assisting in report and budget preparation * Purchasing office, hygiene, and cleaning supplies * Calendar management and support to other administrative departments * Assistance in basic financial tasks (e.g., invoice and bill verification) * Support in HR tasks, such as interview scheduling **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (currently pursuing a bachelor's degree is a plus) * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills, proactivity, and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with HR routines * Prior experience in administrative roles * Familiarity with management systems (ERP) **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance * Opportunity for professional growth **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Salary: R$2.115,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
