With this ongoing commitment to innovation and quality, we continue expanding our reach to deliver the best in diagnostic medicine to even more people. **Job Objective:** To warmly receive, guide, and support patients in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring humanized and organized service from arrival through to the conclusion of their visit. The receptionist serves as the clinic’s first point of contact and plays an essential role in shaping the patient’s positive experience. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Receive patients in person, by phone, and via digital channels (WhatsApp, e\-mail, etc.) * Schedule, confirm, cancel, and reschedule appointments and exams as needed * Receive and verify personal documents and health insurance authorizations * Register and update patient data in the system * Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area * Assist in managing patient flow, respecting appointment order * Direct patients to examination or consultation rooms as required * Receive payments and issue receipts, where applicable * Maintain confidentiality of patient information **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Prior reception experience, preferably in clinics or hospitals * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office) * Familiarity with appointment scheduling systems is desirable * Flexible availability regarding working hours **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Work Model:** 100% on-site Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) Salary: R$1\.600,00 \- R$1\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you currently employed?
