Traditional food retail (Supermarkets) with a self-service system offering a wide variety of food and products. Ribeirão Preto \- SP **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Supervise and monitor restocking teams Ensure continuous product replenishment according to layout and planogram. Control expiration dates and packaging conditions (FIFO/PEPS). Check for stockouts and notify purchasing/warehouse. Assist in receiving goods verification, inventories, and loss control. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the sales floor. Conduct 'sellout' activities (promotions for products nearing expiration). **REQUIREMENTS** Previous experience required as inspector, supervisor, restocker or similar roles in supermarkets, wholesale clubs, food retail or pharmacies. Experience in shelf/product organization, inventory/loss control, expiration dates, leading restocking teams, basic calculations, etc. Preference for candidates with experience in dry goods restocking (packaged items, canned goods, boxes) in grocery, produce, natural beverages or frozen sections.
