We seek a professional with strategic vision, strong expertise in service procurement, negotiation, contract and supplier management, focused on governance, compliance, and total cost of ownership (TCO) optimization. If you have experience in procurement, team leadership, and wish to work in a challenging and strategic environment, this opportunity may be for you! **Responsibilities**: * Strategically manage the service acquisition process; * Ensure standardization, compliance, and traceability; * Centralize demands, ensuring proper formalization via purchase orders and contracts; * Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, internal policies, and legal requirements; * Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and development; * Conduct strategic negotiations, focusing on TCO, performance-based contracts, and risk mitigation; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (costs, timelines, quality, OTIF, and savings); * Supervise contractual execution, supporting internal audits and governance processes; * Lead and develop a team of analysts, assistants, and interns. **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Finance is desirable; * Proven experience in procurement, with focus on service contracting; * Experience in negotiation, contract management, and supplier management; * Knowledge of SAP/MM; * Strong expertise in compliance, governance, and contract management; * Experience with performance indicators (SLA, OTIF, Savings).
