**Position Summary:** **Location:** Nestlé Business Services – NBS Ribeirão Preto **Area/Stream:** Order to Cash **Reporting to:** O2C Manager **Shift:** 08:00\-18:00 **Work Mode:** Hybrid in Ribeirão Preto \- SP or Telework **A day in the life of...** * Develop and maintain RPA projects using Python, VBA, Power Automate, Knime, and other technologies. * Perform ongoing maintenance and support for already-implemented projects. * Analyze automation opportunities identified in operations, assess feasibility, and determine the optimal technology for execution. * Serve as the point of contact with the global IT team, requesting new VDIs (virtual machines) for automation execution. * Manage the O2C team’s project pipeline, monitoring deadlines and development status. * Ensure project progress visibility for leadership, facilitating communication and tracking. * Conduct operational meetings and organize team requests. * Participate in analysis and implementation of new operational opportunities. * Ensure training materials and support documentation are up-to-date and accessible to the team. * Collaborate closely with management to ensure project execution and alignment with stakeholders. **What will contribute to your success?** * Bachelor’s degree in Technology-related fields \- mandatory * Solid experience in developing and maintaining RPA projects * Proficiency in Python and other automation-relevant programming languages \- mandatory * Practical knowledge of tools such as Power Automate and Knime. * Ability to evaluate operational processes and determine automation feasibility. * Experience collaborating with IT teams, especially for resource management such as VDIs. * Capability to monitor and manage the O2C project pipeline, ensuring on-time delivery. * Knowledge of system integration (SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.). * Experience in program management, process design, and documentation. * Intermediate English and/or intermediate Spanish \- preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation ability. * Critical analytical thinking and problem-solving capability. * Organization, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. * Knowledge of NCE/PI (preferred). * People management skills and participation in management meetings. * Mindset focused on simplification, standardization, and building connections.
