Identification of performance improvement opportunities We are seeking an **MIS Analyst (Legal Information)**. This professional will be responsible for consolidating, structuring, and supporting the analysis of operational and financial data from the legal department, developing management dashboards and reports to monitor activity performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic decision-making — with a focus on maximizing results and enhancing operational efficiency across the company’s legal functions. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Experience in data analysis and modeling, dashboard and management report development. * Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools. * Technical ability to structure and process databases. * Performance indicator analysis. * Familiarity with productivity and outcome indicators. * Ability to identify process optimization opportunities and levers for improving outcomes. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Legal domain knowledge is a plus. **Key Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and structure databases related to the legal department’s operational and financial activities. * Develop dashboards and management reports for monitoring legal operations’ performance indicators. * Monitor the performance of key legal functions, including: vehicle repossession, issuance of court orders, procedural formalities, fixed fees paid by the contracting client, pro\-labore fees, legal inquiries, court-appointed fixed fees, case closures, and costs awarded to the prevailing party. * Support legal leadership in result analysis and identification of performance improvement opportunities. * Conduct analytical studies to identify revenue growth levers or operational efficiency improvements within legal activities. * Build tracking models for productivity and outcomes by client, portfolio, case type, and legal revenue type. * Support the preparation of financial projections and tracking of the legal department’s goals. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of information used in management analyses. * Collaborate with planning, MIS, and technology teams to enhance databases and analytical tools. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM. **Employment Type:** CLT, on-site in Ribeirão Preto/SP Minimum Education Level: Undergraduate Degree * Meal Allowance * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Transportation Allowance * Discount Club
