Attention to detail, proactivity, and teamwork skills are essential to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and event success. **Main responsibilities:** **Pre-event support:** Assist in participant and staff registration. Monitor rules and deadlines specified in each event's Exhibitor Manual. Ensure timely completion of required forms. **Supplier coordination:** Research suppliers, request quotes, arrange documentation for service contracts such as venue rental, catering, audiovisual equipment, and cleaning services. **Financial tasks:** Process supplier payments and record expenses in simple reports. **Documentation and reporting:** Organize and maintain physical and digital files including contracts, budgets, guest lists, and support materials. **Communication and customer service:** Serve as the main point of contact for suppliers and participants, responding to e\-mails, phone calls, and addressing inquiries. **Event organization and logistics support:** Identify and dispatch event items such as banners, brochures, product displays for booths, lectures, and workshops.
