Senior Product Engineering Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will develop and optimize mechanical systems, manage engineering data, and collaborate on new product development projects. Key Highlights: 1. Mechanical system development using CAD tools 2. Technical analysis of engineering changes and data management 3. Support for new product development projects and improvements **Responsibilities:** * Develop complete mechanical systems and subsystems using CAD tools; * Create and review technical bills of materials, product structures, and ERP parameterizations; * Conduct technical analyses of engineering changes, evaluating impacts on cost, assembly, and procurement; * Create and configure medium-complexity products, ensuring traceability and compatibility; * Specify materials, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and technical criteria; * Prepare technical documentation (instructions, data sheets, scopes, and specifications); * Support new product development or improvement projects by participating in technical definition; * Perform basic mechanical tests and monitor functional validations; * Contribute to standardization of drawings, models, and engineering routines; * Interact with internal departments (Production Planning and Control, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, etc). **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings; * Experience with ERP software; * Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, AutoCAD, etc); * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Expertise in product structures; * Familiarity with technical standards and quality requirements; * English language proficiency. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Allowance * On-site cafeteria️ * Medical and Dental Plans * Transportation Allowance or Commuter Pass * On-site parking ️ * Life Insurance ❤️ * Annual Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Wellhub (Gympass) ️‍* ️ * Language course support * Tuition Reimbursement Program
