Job Summary: Professional to perform preventive and corrective building maintenance, renovations, installations, and assemblies, ensuring the store operates smoothly. Key Highlights: 1. Performing preventive and corrective building maintenance 2. Carrying out renovations, electrical and hydraulic installations 3. Participating in the assembly of machines and equipment Your responsibilities will include: * Performing daily preventive and corrective building maintenance within the store premises; * Conducting renovations and minor construction work, painting, repairing or building simple furniture; * Installing electrical devices or equipment, identifying leaks, or renovating the hydraulic system; * Adhering to a schedule defined by your supervisor or responding to service requests to ensure the store remains fully operational; * Participating in the assembly or installation of new machines and equipment, working jointly with the supplier’s or manufacturer’s team or under your supervisor’s guidance. Requirements: * Minimum 4 years of experience in the field; * Technical qualification in NR 10 \- SAFETY IN ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS AND SERVICES; * Completed High School education; * Proactive and organized.
