Organization of the maintenance workshop * **JOB MISSION** Responsible for painting pipelines, grilles, gates, pillars, floors, ceilings, and walls in general; performing preventive and corrective maintenance on the hydraulic system; conducting routine inspections of hydraulic pumps and restrooms to ensure their proper operation; identifying and carrying out roof repairs; and organizing the maintenance workshop. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES – What and How?** -------------------------------------------------- Perform repair services on walls, pillars, floors, sidewalks, and ceilings, whether masonry or plasterboard; Fabricate access hatches, walls, and concrete boxes; Carry out minor demolition work; Perform painting services on all facilities and pipelines in general, gates, grilles, handrails, walls, columns, ceilings, and floors; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the condominium’s hydraulic system; Conduct routine inspections in areas such as pump rooms, restrooms (to ensure proper functioning of flush valves, faucets, soap dispensers, toilet seats, drains, and sinks), and roofs (to identify leakage or clogging issues); Organize the maintenance workshop; Organize storage areas and technical corridors; Interact with the Prisma Mobile tool. **OBSERVATIONS** --------------- Position located in Ribeirão Preto Address: Av.
