In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods is present in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products, marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** Pick orders according to shipping manifests, invoices, and requests from the logistics department; Handle chilled and frozen meat products, ensuring item integrity and quality; Verify weight, quantity, expiration date, batch number, and product specifications during the picking process; Organize goods on pallets, in boxes, and in shipping areas according to delivery routes and priorities; Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to hygiene and food safety standards; Follow cold storage and refrigerated area handling procedures; Support loss control, damage management, and inventory discrepancy resolution; Use data collectors, labels, or internal systems for product movement and traceability. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education Previous experience in order picking, inventory, logistics, shipping, or warehousing; Availability to work in refrigerated environments and cold rooms; Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as operationally required; Physical stamina and ability to handle and move loads; Basic knowledge of merchandise verification is an advantage. **Additional Information** Work schedule: 00:00–07:20, rotating 6 days on / 1 day off, Monday through Saturday As the leader in beef exports across South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company—we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of "building connections among people, food, and nature."
