Job Summary:
Responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring maximum availability, safety, and reliability of production assets.

Responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment, ensuring maximum availability, safety, and reliability of production assets. Identify and resolve failures, support continuous improvement initiatives, and execute scheduled maintenance routines—contributing to process efficiency and quality.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:**
* Diagnosing and repairing failures in medium-sized equipment, including ovens, roasters, mills, and conveying systems.
* Performing precision maintenance and adjustments on sensitive equipment, such as automatic packaging machines, sealers, and date coders.
* Assembling and disassembling mechanical components (bearings, gears, shafts, mechanical seals).
* Interpreting technical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams to guide repairs.
* Lubricating machines and equipment according to the lubrication plan.
* Completing work orders (W.O.) in the maintenance management system, detailing failures, solutions, and parts used.
* Strictly complying with occupational safety regulations, especially NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:**
* Completed high school education and a Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
* Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems (reading diagrams and diagnosing failures).
* Experience in maintaining gearboxes, motor-gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps.
* Knowledge of mechanical alignment and balancing techniques, and industrial metrology (use of calipers, micrometers, etc.).
