




The **Endomarketing Assistant** will work to strengthen internal communication and organizational culture, supporting the creation and execution of endomarketing initiatives that promote employee engagement, integration, and alignment with the company’s values and objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Support the creation and execution of endomarketing initiatives and campaigns. * Assist in developing employee engagement strategies on corporate social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube). * Create, publish, and support content related to internal events, institutional campaigns, internal and external job openings; conduct coverage of internal events through photographs and videos. * Support the creation of creative content for internal communication. * Suggest and develop innovative ideas to reinforce organizational culture and improve internal climate. **Technical Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a technology degree or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. * Prior professional experience creating content for social media. * Creation and editing tools: **Canva, CapCut, Adobe (basic level), or similar.** * Basic knowledge of photography and short-video editing (reels and stories). * Creative writing and digital communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of digital trends and content formats. * Comfort appearing on camera or interviewing people. * Previous experience in internal communication or endomarketing. **Behavioral Requirements** * Communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Creativity, curiosity, and awareness of digital trends. * Proactivity, initiative, and consistent generation of ideas. * Collaboration and ability to work effectively in teams. * Flexibility, adaptability, and openness to feedback. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00. **If you are interested in this position and wish to join our team, we would love to get to know you!** **Apply now and grow with us!**
