Job Summary: A professional responsible for collecting toll fees, providing change, verifying the authenticity of banknotes, providing information to users, and assisting with lane operations. Collect toll fees according to the number of vehicle axles, provide change, verify the authenticity of banknotes, check and control coupons assigned to the shift, provide information, distribute promotional communication materials to users, and direct traffic in the toll plaza. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify work schedule and proceed to the assigned workstation with the designated change funds * Collect toll fees based on vehicle category, receive and verify payments, coupons, and toll vouchers, and issue change and toll receipts as required * Carefully inspect banknotes received as toll payments to confirm authenticity * Promptly inform the CCA (Central Control Area) of incidents related to vehicle misclassification, suspended axles, abandoned change, toll evasion, equipment malfunctions, and other issues, so that predefined procedures can be applied accordingly Lane Support: * Monitor vehicles stopped at automatic lanes and provide appropriate guidance * Monitor vehicles stopped in the toll plaza area and provide appropriate guidance * Assist fellow agents with change requirements, lane opening, and lane closing * Direct vehicle traffic according to flow conditions **Requirements and Qualifications** **EDUCATION** * Completed high school education **EXPERIENCE** * Prior experience in customer service and cash handling is desirable **SPECIFIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE** * Customer service * Basic computer skills **SKILLS** * Communication * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork * Concentration and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure **Additional Information** * Flexible working hours * Work location: Pitangueiras \- SP * Shift schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off * Must reside in Pitangueiras \- SP Entrevias Concessionária de Rodovias S.A. operates, maintains, and modernizes the “Rodovias do Centro\-Oeste Paulista” highway lot, comprising 570 kilometers of roads crossing the state of São Paulo, connecting Minas Gerais to Paraná.
