Description: Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; Experience in Clinical Pharmacy in outpatient and/or hospital units; Intermediate knowledge of Excel. Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical inventory management. * Provide technical oversight of the area's work, supported and assisted by the Co-Responsible Pharmacist and/or the Technical Responsible Pharmacist (TRP) of the unit; * Interface with departments and submit activities for approval by the immediate supervisor, aiming to ensure smooth workflow within established deadlines; * Know, interpret, and comply with legislation applicable to hospital activities and pharmaceutical care; * Participate in the control, use, and registration of medications listed in Ordinance 344/98 and other substances controlled by Sanitary Surveillance and other regulatory bodies; * Receive and technically evaluate medical prescriptions, verifying their compliance, with the aim of releasing medical prescriptions; * Develop and discuss with Nutrition the Drug-Nutrient Interaction Worksheet, ensuring no interactions occur that could interfere with patients' clinical progression; * Validate patients' medications to ensure they meet the criteria adopted by the Institution; * Actively participate in multidisciplinary rounds, discussing patient cases and proposing actions that contribute to implementing the proposed therapeutic plans; * Provide discharge counseling according to the unit’s epidemiological profile; * Prepare the staff work schedule, validated by the TRP; * To hold the position of Pharmacist, it is essential that the incumbent holds a current registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF), and has fully settled all financial obligations with said council; * Perform other related duties as determined by the supervisor. 2512280202491887177
