This professional will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring customer service quality, maintaining brand standards, and achieving performance targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage the team (scheduling, training, motivation, and follow-up) Ensure excellence in customer service Control inventory, orders, and stocktaking Monitor performance indicators (sales, costs, waste) Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards Resolve conflicts and drive continuous operational improvement Support strategies for sales growth and customer retention Requirements: Previous experience in team management (preferably in food service/fast food) Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) Basic computer skills Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with franchise networks Courses in management, food service, or customer service Benefits: Competitive market-based salary Transportation allowance Meal/food allowance (if applicable) Performance bonus Join our team!
