




**Responsibilities:** * Will work on recruitment and selection for operational-level positions; * Advertising, screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews; * Onboarding of new employees; * Receiving and verifying onboarding documentation; * Supporting task forces in the Human Resources Development area, such as training, onboarding of new employees, activities for commemorative dates, and other related tasks; * Prior experience in high-volume, operational recruitment and selection is desirable. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or Human Resource Management); * Required competencies: * Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, analytical ability, initiative, dynamism, and customer focus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Must reside in Ribeirão Preto/SP; * 100% in-person position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Driver’s License: Class B * Transportation Allowance * Parking * On-site Meal * Dental Care Plan * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Pharmacy Benefits
