This is your moment—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Greet and receive visitors, employees, and service providers; * Provide email and corporate WhatsApp support; * Organize, track, and dispatch mail packages and postal deliveries; * Escort visitors to interviews, meetings, or corporate events; * Provide administrative support to the Executive Board and other departments as needed; * Manage and schedule meeting rooms and other company spaces; * Maintain the organization and appearance of the reception area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School education or currently pursuing a university degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Experience in administrative routines; Experience in customer service; Basic Excel skills. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
